April 1, 2025 - Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭3

“For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.” Habakkuk 2:3 ESV

Lord, it is such an honor that you invite us to join in with what you are doing around the world. You have given us talents, giftings, and passions so that we can use them for your glory. You give us dreams and visions of the things that you want us to partner with you. This is so amazing. You don’t need us to do anything, yet you want us to come alongside you in what you are doing. You want us to share in the joy of accomplishing things with you. You love working with us, spending time with us, teaching us new things, and preparing us for greater things. This brings you such joy.

We praise you, that when you give us dreams and visions, it is for a purpose. Show us what those purposes are and how we are to see them become a reality in our lives. Seeing the vision become a reality rarely is an overnight process. It takes time for you to get us and all the surrounding people and circumstances ready. Help us to press into prayer over the whole process in the waiting. We don’t want to be like the Israelites who delayed your vision to enter the Promised Land because they didn’t trust your ways but did things their own way and in the ways of the world. Guard us from taking matters into our own hands and delaying things more than you wanted. Also, protect us from believing any lies that would tell us it will never happen. Help us to patiently stand strong in faith that if you said it, it will come to pass. Help us to lean into you and allow you to prepare us for all that is to come. We thank you for including us, and we are so excited to work alongside you seeing your plans becoming a reality. We praise you that your ways and timing are always perfect!
