April 30, 2025 - 1 Samuel‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬

“There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God.” 1 Samuel 2:2 ESV

All praise be to your name, our Lord and King. Truly there is none that compares to you. You are the definition of Holy. You are pure and you set the standard. We praise you for your holiness. We can’t wait for the day when we get to bow before your glorious presence. As wonderful as our encounters with your presence here on earth are, they are but the tiniest glimpse of what things will be like when we experience you in all your holiness and glory. We praise you that you are our firm foundation, a solid rock that will not crumble. There is nothing or no one that we can count on to support us, defend us, protect us like you. There is no other god whose power, might, or authority can equal yours. Not even close. Not only are you boundless, powerful, holy, firm, but you are also loving, caring, tender. You are superior and rule over everything, you see and know every detail of your creation. There is nothing you miss or don’t care about. No detail is too small or insignificant to hold your attention.  What a spectacular God you are. We are honored to call you our Lord and King. All praise and glory be your name.
